The NEVYs VIP Pre Party was a speakeasy success…

Last night we gathered the 2017 NEVY Award Nominees, Tech and Healthcare/Life Science Academy members, and the NEVCA Board of Directors, for the precursor to next month’s NEVY Awards presented by GE— a speakeasy-themed celebration, and high-energy video shoot.

This amazing group of startups, entrepreneurs, investors, and influential leaders from across the region mixed, mingled, and got to strut their stuff in front of the masterful camera work of Gildaymonster Productions — footage that, over the next five weeks, will be transformed into this year’s Nominee Videos at the May 17th show.

The Nominees Let Loose

The Pre-Party was NOT your typical networking event. The NEVYs this year are Mardi Gras themed, and we did not let the anyone off the hook. The vibe was festive as people let loose, sang, marched, danced, and shouted how awesome their company is with NOLA-styled grandeur.
