A “Plan B” for the H-1B Lottery

--

Last Thursday, June 6th, we had the opportunity to partner on an impactful event hosted by Open Avenues Foundation, a non-profit with a mission “to equip and empower immigrants in the United States to thrive on their unique path and to advance society.” The panel focused on options and opportunities for businesses looking to secure foreign talent, and what to do when an employee does not win the H1-B lottery.

Supporting the event were two NEVCA member firms, Glasswing Ventures and One Way Ventures, as well as The Ellis Project. Check out some of the highlights of the evening below!

Rudina Seseri is a founder and managing partner at Glasswing Ventures.
Jeff Goldman is the co-founder and president of the Open Avenues Foundation.
